Getting Started

Welcome to Stratford! If you are new to the neighborhood, please take the following steps:

Property Owners who live in their Stratford home:

  1. Log in using the Owner Login icon in the upper right corner of this website. Your email is your username. (If this doesn't work, use the contact us page to report the issue. Include your name, Stratford property address, and correct email address)
  2. Once you have an account, you may request access cards (see the access card page). Access cards are considered part of the property, so renters should get these from the property owner. Access cards allow access to the pool and tennis courts. Access cards are supposed to go with the property, so you should have received one at closing.
  3. You will begin to receive community emails and texts. Monitor these so that you can take advantage of all the special events that are planned throughout the year! Important: please ensure that the HOA email (stratfordcommunityassociationinc@easyHOA.email)is not blocked by your spam blocker.
  4. If you don't already have them, please take a look at the documents below.
  5. The website contains additional information about many things, including pool rules and clubhouse rentals.
  6. You may review and pay your dues and other fees using the accounting menu item in your account.
  7. There are many documents in the documents folder of your account that are not included on this website, so check them out!
  8. To make a request to the board, please use the Requests menu item in your account menu.
  9. The HOA encourages all owners to go to the payment page in your owner account and set up electronic payment. This will save everyone time and money as the HOA is funded by the dues you pay. The ACH payment option only costs $1.99 per payment; normally once per year!

Additional information for owners of Rental Units:

  1. In your owner account, navigate to "units" and edit your property. Ensure the "is rental" flag is set and edit the unit to update the renter information as needed so that the HOA has an accurate list of all residents. If you have trouble with this, sent the HOA request and we will do it for you.
  2. Ensure that your mailing address is correct in the "owners" database so that you receive your mail from the HOA. You can edit your information from your owner account.

Renters:

  1. You will not be able to log in but you will have access to the website and you will begin to receive emails once the HOA knows about you. Please contact your property owner and the HOA to request that you are added as a renter.
  2. Once you are listed as a renter you will begin to receive community emails and texts. Important: please ensure that the HOA email (stratfordcommunityassociationinc@easyHOA.email)is not blocked by your spam blocker.
  3. You should receive your Access cards from your Property Owner. Please contact your owner.
  4. You may contact the HOA using the contact us page.
