Description and Meetings

The Stratford Community Association Board consists of seven members elected to staggered 2-year terms. The board meets at the beginning of each year to elect its officers and assign duties to the individual board members.


Regularly scheduled board meetings occur on the first Wednesday of each month, at 7:30 pm, at the clubhouse. The meeting is open to any property owner.


Additionally, the following special meetings are scheduled:


  1. Dues paying open house, on the last Saturday of February.
  2. General membership meeting on the third Tuesday of September
  3. Follow-up general membership meeting on the fourth Tuesday of September, in the event that a quorum is not achieved at the first meeting.


Regarding voting at the general meeting: each property has a single vote; the property must be paid up on its dues in order to vote.
