Community Access Cards are used to obtain access to Community facilities including the Pool, the tennis courts, the pool restrooms, and the clubhouse. If the property dues are not up to date on July 1, access will be terminated.

Typically, a property will have one or two access cards. In case of a rental property, the cards are the responsibility of the owner not the renter.

Access Cards should be passed from seller to buyer at closing. There may have been a closing fee of $50 to cover missing cards.

If you are a property owner and your card is missing, lost, or damaged, you may request a card by filling out a request form. Please specify the request type Access Card in the request menu item in your online account.
