2026 Dues

2026 Dues are $424 per unit, due by April 30, 2026. Dues will be applied to your account on January 1, 2026. A late fee of $35 will be applied on May 1, 2026 if there is an unpaid dues balance. If you need a payment plan, please contact the board to arrange one.

(The early payment discount is eliminated for 2026; we encourage you to pay early to help with cash flow.)

If you haven't logged in to EasyHOA, please use the "Owner Login" link in the upper right of your screen and log in. You can set up electronic payment information from there.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards (except Amex), Debit cards, ACH (bank transfer), e-checks, paper checks, money orders, and cash. Do not send us cash in the mail!

We are working to reduce administrative and accounting costs:

1. Although we continue to accept cash and checks, we encourage online payment as this saves processing costs and time with our accountant.
2. We are converting to electronic billing; please set up electronic payment within your owner account. Note that a free app is available for IOS and Android Users.
3. The lowest-cost way to do electronic payment is to set up an ACH (bank transfer) using the payment setup feature of your EasyHOA Account. Between the homeowner and the HOA, this will save money and time. The ACH fee is $1.99 flat rate, and is automatically charged with your payment.
4. You may also pay with credit / debit; our costs will be charged back to you. Fees are 3.24% plus $.50 flat fee.

We will also continue to hold the Open House on the last Saturday of February to allow you to pay in person via check, money order, or cash. No credit cards at this event, please!

**** If you need help setting up your online account, please bring your smartphone or laptop to the open house and we will try to help you. ****
