The clubhouse is available for rental to Stratford Homeowners who are current on HOA dues.

The clubhouse is only available for rental to Stratford residents and not the general public.

Please send a request using the request page; the request type should be clubhouse rental. Check the upcoming events page first to ensure that there is not a rental already scheduled for your date.

The Rental letter and Rules and Agreement containing costs and other information are in the documents folder.

The rental fee is $75/day with a $150 refundable security deposit. For commercial functions (business meetings, sales parties, or other for-profit enterprises) the fee is $150/day with a $200 refundable security deposit. Only Stratford residents/homeowners may rent the Clubhouse.

The clubhouse has WIFI for residents and their guests to enjoy. The WIFI information and password is posted in the clubhouse above the thermostat.
