General Information


The clubhouse is available for rental to Stratford Homeowners who are current on HOA dues.  

The clubhouse is only available for rental to Stratford residents and not the general public.

The clubhouse point of contact is listed on the HOA Board Members page.

You can check availability on the Stratford Calendar page,  While we strive for accuracy, please verify with the Clubhouse Chair to ensure availability. We do maintain a Standby List.  If the date you want is booked, there is a possibility that it could open.  Contact the Clubhouse chair if you want to be placed on standby, but be sure to have alternative plans made, as standbys are occasional at best.

The rental fee is $75/day with a $150 refundable security deposit.  For commercial functions (business meetings, sales parties, or other for-profit enterprises) the fee is $150/day with a $200 refundable security deposit. Only Stratford residents/homeowners may rent the Clubhouse.
The clubhouse has WIFI for residents and their guests to enjoy.  The WIFI information and password is posted in the clubhouse above the thermostat.
